🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CS, Account Management, or Sales in SaaS/PLG.
  • Strong track record growing complex enterprise accounts with multi-team usage.
  • Skilled in analyzing customer data to drive strategic outcomes and proactive engagement.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Gainsight, and other CS systems; keep internal data up-to-date.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, influence cross-functional decisions, and contribute to team growth.
  • Excellent communicator with strong business acumen and balancing customer satisfaction and company goals.
