📋 Description

  • Manage and expand key customer accounts including tech, retail, ecommerce, fintech
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue and gross margin
  • Partner with Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio
  • Serve on a cross-functional account team with product, finance, support, and services
  • Run disciplined forecast and present guidance to executive management
  • Lead highly consultative sales cycles with deep discovery and customer championing

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in major/account or strategic sales managing quantitative solutions
  • Experience supporting Chinese territories with DeFi/cryptocurrency customers
  • Relationship management with cross-sells/upsells and solutions consulting
  • Comfort working with both business and highly technical leaders
  • Data-driven account development using analytics and MEDDPICC
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Mandarin fluency desired
