📋 Description

  • Manage and expand key customer accounts across tech, retail, ecommerce, fintech.
  • Develop and execute account strategy to drive revenue and margin.
  • Partner with product, finance, support, and services to grow opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver value for accounts.
  • Forecast discipline; meet goals and present guidance to executives.
  • Lead consultative sales with large customers; deep discovery and advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in major account or strategic sales.
  • Experience supporting India and Thailand markets.
  • Strong relationship mgmt, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfort with business and technical leaders; able to influence.
  • Proven revenue and gross profit growth for large Asia enterprise customers.
  • Analytical, data-driven account development strategy.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC forecasting and financial models.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • CDP & CPaaS experience; SaaS/CPaaS/CDP selling.
  • Fluent Thai and Hindi is desired.
  • Experience managing high-tech Thai and Indian enterprises.
