🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with at least 3+ years in mechanical or hardware engineering.
  • Hardware fluency across the lifecycle from R&D and prototyping to design for manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Strategic influence: experience influencing executive stakeholders via recruiting metrics and data integrity.
  • Technical versatility recruiting for mechanical, electrical, or physical science roles in fast-paced growth environments.
  • Flexibility to operate in a lean, high-leverage team and pivot between strategy and execution.
  • Advanced tech stack mastery: LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby.
