• Innovative sourcing & pipeline building: design data-driven sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust hardware talent pipeline.
• Process architecture: collaborate across all levels to drive a structured hiring process and exceptional candidate experience.
• Market intelligence: act as a hardware talent market expert, using benchmarks and recruiting data to influence hiring decisions.
• Creative outreach: identify non-traditional ways to build talent pools through customized outreach and engineering community engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with at least 3+ years in mechanical or hardware engineering.
• Hardware fluency across the lifecycle from R&D and prototyping to design for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Strategic influence: experience influencing executive stakeholders via recruiting metrics and data integrity.
• Technical versatility recruiting for mechanical, electrical, or physical science roles in fast-paced growth environments.
• Flexibility to operate in a lean, high-leverage team and pivot between strategy and execution.
• Advanced tech stack mastery: LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby.
