📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing programs from concept to production.
• Own NPI plans aligning design, supply chain, equipment, quality, and ops to targets.
• Mentor three TPMs, setting priorities and coaching execution.
• Drive build plans for testing, rapid learning, and data-driven improvements.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and facilities to resolve risks.
• Track manufacturing readiness metrics: equipment, capability, throughput, yield, and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in equipment-intensive manufacturing programs and TPMs.
• Engineering roots in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems with floor collaboration.
• A Tool Evangelist: scaling new methodologies and adoption.
• Process Fluency: understand chemical, thermal, or mechanical processes and yields.
• Systems Thinking: map dependencies across factory and automation.
• 9+ years in technical program mgmt, manufacturing ops in hardware.
