Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Operations

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing programs from concept to sustained production.
• Own factory NPI plans aligning design, supply, equipment, quality, and ops.
• Mentor three TPMs, setting priorities and scaling program management.
• Drive integrated build plans for testing, rapid learning, data driven design.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and facilities to resolve risks.
• Establish and track readiness metrics: equipment, process, throughput, yield, reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in equipment-intensive manufacturing programs and people mgmt.
• Engineering roots in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• A Tool Evangelist who implements and scales new methodologies.
• Process fluency to understand chemical, thermal, or mechanical processes.
• Systems thinking mapping dependencies across the factory.
• 9+ years of experience in technical program mgmt in hardware environments.
