🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in technical program management or engineering; 3-4 years at senior/staff level.
- Strong foundation in system design, infrastructure, APIs, and SDLC.
- Proven ability to lead multi-team programs without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across engineers and executives.
- Experience with annual planning, OKRs, or roadmap reviews.
