🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years backend and platform engineering for distributed systems.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent.
• Proven multi‑year roadmapping experience across sub‑teams.
• Excellent communication with execs and cross‑functional leads.
• Reliability focus: observability, SLOs, incident response.
• Hands-on with Kotlin/Java/Scala; AI‑assisted development.
• Experience building developer experience and DX.
