• Own Coinbase's multi-year Solana staking strategy across validators and product integration.
• Lead validator performance to maximize APY: vote accuracy, blocks, MEV, tuning.
• Be Coinbase's Solana protocol expert on runtime, consensus, staking economics, and validators.
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Staking teams to architect scalable integrations.
• Represent Coinbase in the Solana ecosystem; engage with the Solana Foundation.
• Write production code; build infrastructure for validator operations, monitoring, and reliability.
