🎯 Requirements

- Deep experience in large-scale backend platforms (commerce, billing, subscriptions).
- Strong distributed systems, API design, and reliability; SLOs in production.
- Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in daily work.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
