🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years building and operating production-grade software in complex environments.
- Strong PHP backend experience with the ability to learn new languages and frameworks quickly.
- Proven experience with reliable, scalable, highly available systems and performance tradeoffs.
- Experience designing platform-level reliability solutions, such as observability tooling, alerting, or standards.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems: failure modes, latency, capacity, graceful degradation.
- Experience deploying and operating services in cloud environments (AWS or equivalent).
