🎯 Requirements
- 8–12+ years of software engineering, with backend and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience building large-scale Search or Information Retrieval systems.
- Deep expertise in search relevance, ranking, and query understanding.
- Distributed, low-latency systems design and operation at scale.
- Strong Java and/or Python coding skills for production systems.
- Experience with cloud environments AWS or GCP and deployment platforms.
