Own initiatives end-to-end from planning to production with a long-term roadmap.
Provide cross-functional leadership and mentorship to engineers and PMs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent in computer science and engineering.
8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Expert knowledge in modern languages (C++, Go, Python, Java, etc.).
Expert knowledge in large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.
Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
