Senior Staff Security Engineer, Ripple Treasury

📋 Description

• Own the Treasury security posture across product and infrastructure.
• Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews for Treasury.
• Own the secure SDLC for Treasury; define guardrails, CI/CD, and guidance.
• Drive Treasury cloud security on Azure and AWS: IAM, network, encryption, zero trust, Kubernetes.
• Partner with GRC to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, and financial regulatory requirements.
• Own vulnerability discovery via assessments, pen tests, and bug bounty; automate remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Security Engineering (Product and Infrastructure Security).
• Threat modeling (STRIDE+) and security architecture reviews.
• Deep cloud security expertise: Azure/AWS/GCP, IAM, networks, containers.
• DevSecOps tooling: SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets, CI/CD security.
• Strong Python or Go skills to build tooling and automate controls.
• Cryptography knowledge: HSMs, MPC, PKI, key rotation.
• FinTech/crypto background a strong plus.
