🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations for investment management clients.
• Deep understanding of investment management workflows, including front- and back-office operations.
• Strong PM practices and methodologies; manage cross-functional resources.
• Excellent organizational and time management; hands-on, proactive problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills; engage with senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Curious and quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Willingness to use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency.
