📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations of Ridgeline’s enterprise platform.
• Define scope, allocate resources, and plan execution aligned with goals.
• Establish clear, ongoing communication with customer stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks across cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure delivery excellence.
• Travel 25–50% domestically as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations in investment management.
• Deep understanding of investment management workflows (front/back office).
• Strong PM practices; cross-functional resource leadership.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Familiar with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, Mavenlink.
• Proficiency with AWS, APIs, and serverless infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% domestically.
