- Experience in fintech, compliance, or regulated industries with verification products.
- Strong cross-functional instincts to align Eng, Legal, Ops, and Sales.
- Customer-obsessed mindset; translate complex enterprise needs into clear roadmaps.
- Excellent communication; influences across levels from engineering to executives.
- A-player mindset with urgency, resilience, and ownership to deliver outcomes.
