Senior Staff Product Manager, Identity Risk Solutions

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for Identity Risk Solutions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across GTM, BD, Ops, and Finance.
• Build and prioritize a multi-release feature roadmap; influence executives.
• Champion customers by building relationships with strategic users.
• Measure product success and identify expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 7+ years PM in risk, fraud, identity verification (proofing, docs, biometrics).
• Expert in fraud detection frameworks and modeling (threat modeling, risk scoring).
• Ability to discuss system architecture, AI models, and data infrastructure with engineering/data science.
• Deep understanding of recruiting ecosystems, ATS, workflows, and compliance.
• Proven ability to build scalable, extensible platforms addressing fraud threats.
