🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in Product/UX design with senior individual contributor track.
- Strong in interaction design, systems thinking, and prototyping.
- Proven ability to ship complex products in healthcare/regulatory or enterprise settings.
- Experience leading design direction across multiple teams and levels.
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-dense workflows.
- Data-informed and hypothesis-driven; define UX metrics for outcomes.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
