🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing financial, data-dense, or policy-driven products.
• Strong portfolio showing craft and measurable impact.
• Comfort in a quantitative environment; read adoption data, form hypotheses, test.
• Experience collaborating with data science, analytics, and research partners.
• Strong communication and ability to influence beyond your team.
• Pragmatic about scope and speed; balance thoroughness with velocity.
