📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for trading experiences from discovery to trades.
• Lead multi-quarter initiatives to redesign core trade flows and market selection.
• Translate diverse team needs into a unified, scalable design system.
• Explore new ways to make trading intuitive through interaction and motion.
• Drive zero-to-one and major redesigns from framing to launch, including prototyping and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, staff-level scope.
• Strong systems thinking across complex product architectures.
• Experience shipping visually rich, interaction-heavy consumer or prosumer products.
• Proven ability to operate in high-visibility projects with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with trading/financial spaces; eager to learn markets.
• Collaborative, low-ego collaboration with PMs, engineers, and data.
