Senior / Staff Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive continuous improvements to optimize production processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production issues while maintaining quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for processes and equipment.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Support PLM, MES, and ERP systems and related manufacturing tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in powder or roll-to-roll processing, leak testing, welding, or high-temperature processes.
• 5+ years in fast-paced manufacturing or production development.
• Experience owning manufacturing processes and accountability for quality, throughput, yield.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Statistical methods for process development (JMP or Minitab) and SQL data queries.
• Direct experience creating DFMEA & PFMEA and implementing risk controls.
