🎯 Requirements
- PhD in Photonics, Mechanical Eng, Physics, Optics, or related field.
- 7+ years R&D experience transitioning optoelectronic packaging to manufacturing.
- Experience with optical components (gratings, mirrors, lenses) and epoxy/solder attachments.
- Expert-level GR-468 knowledge, reliability testing, and statistical tools.
- Proven track record in failure mode analysis and resolution.
- Desirable: DOE and statistics software (JMP, Minitab) for optimization.
- Desirable: NPI process from design to manufacturing release.
