🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading large-scale ML initiatives with business impact.
• Led reusable ML modelling patterns, architectures, or infra across orgs.
• Experience with state-of-the-art DL models, LLMs, and AI architectures.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch; microservices (Go).
• Extensive experience with real-time ML, RL, graph models, NLP.
• Able to communicate complex ML concepts to tech and non-tech audiences; influence execs.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing envs; proactive problem solving.
• Passion for mentoring; elevate ML skills; influence strategy.
