Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Growth Platform Engineering

📋 Description

• Work with large-scale data to build and improve ML models and pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify ML opportunities and drive decisions.
• Hands-on develop, productionize, and operate ML/AI models and pipelines at scale (batch and real-time).
• Leverage ML tools/infrastructure to build robust ML systems with low-latency serving.
• Mentor and collaborate with ML/AI engineers and partner with foundations engineering to promote ML across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of ML/AI experience; MS or PhD in relevant fields.
• Strong programming in Scala, Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep ML/AI best practices incl. training/serving skew, AB tests, feature engineering.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka.
• Architectural patterns for large-scale apps, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Preferred: Agentic automation, Agile AI production, infra testing frameworks.
