• Lead the Agent Engine architecture for agent-based experiences.

• Experience building scalable production AI systems with LLMs.

• Experience with platform consolidation across teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and bring structure.
• Clear communicator with Eng, Product, Research at all levels.
• Stay informed on AI developments and apply ideas practically.
