🎯 Requirements

- Strong Java foundation: JVM tuning, IO, multithreading, data structures, patterns.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, Spring Cloud.
- Experience with MySQL and Oracle; transactions, indexing, sharding.
- Familiarity with MQ, Redis, Kafka, ELK; caching and idempotence.
- Clear problem solving, communication; fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
