🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar
- 5+ years in battery materials sourcing (carbons, resins)
- 5+ years sourcing experience including supplier management, RFXs, and CI
- Strong analytical skills; should-cost modeling; proficient in spreadsheets
- Understanding of contract terms, IP concepts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
