🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Java development
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Hands-on with microservices/API development using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Strong multithreading and distributed architectures incl. service discovery, tracing, CAP, data consistency
- Relational/NoSQL databases, Kafka, Redis, and related tools
- Familiar with cloud-based Linux environments
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD
- Experience handling production issues and problem solving
