🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years Java and Spring Boot/Cloud; enterprise systems experience; Workday/Oracle preferred.
- Relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues; microservices design.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise development and end-to-end delivery.
- Familiarity with full HR lifecycle (Employee, Org, Onboarding/Transfers/Promotions/Separations).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and code quality standards; English and Mandarin helpful.
