Optimize system performance for high availability and reliability.
Drive process optimization and cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

Strong Java foundation; JVM tuning, IO, multithreading, concurrency.
Experience with MQ, RPC, caching, queues, MySQL.
Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems; service discovery and CAP.
Clear logic, quick thinking, good communication.
Design experience in large management and access-control systems.
Frontend experience (React/Vue/JS) a plus; Mandarin/English bilingual.
