- Own and operate the trade and position platform end-to-end (roadmap, delivery, reliability).

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-7 years in software or data engineering, ideally with trading/middle-office/post-trade exposure.
- Strong production Python skills; Spark/PySpark experience; reliability focus.
- SQL skills; MySQL and PostgreSQL; schema design and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating with external APIs (REST/WebSocket) and navigating real-world constraints.
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle concepts — positions, fees, funding, and reconciliation.
