Senior Staff Engineer - Infrastructure and Architecture

📋 Description

• Partner with engineering leadership, EMs, and PMs to define AI products.
• Architect scalable, high-performance systems for AI products.
• Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions to accelerate AI shipments.
• Define long-term backend/infrastructure architecture for major initiatives.
• Architect large-scale backend systems end-to-end; lead API design.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building distributed, high-availability systems.
• Architected and scaled backend systems across teams.
• Expertise in distributed design: consistency, fault tolerance, observability.
• Hands-on with multi-region deployments in AWS or GCP.
• Kubernetes/ECS/EKS/containerized systems experience.
• Terraform or Pulumi IaC; API/service design; performance optimization.
