🎯 Requirements
- This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree with a focus in electrical or computer engineering
- 10+ years experience in industry developing complex electrical hardware
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Experience working with mechanical engineering team on board design and device cooling
- System architecture, signal and power integrity, high-speed signaling, grounding, analog electronics
- Balance electro-mechanical and EMI/EMC constraints
- Hardware productization: system, board and chip level implementation
- CAD tools for schematics, PCB layout, and Power/Signal simulation
- Lab instruments: TDR, oscilloscopes, analyzers, DMMs, power supplies
Desirable Qualifications
- Custom sensor development and/or network design
- Automotive safety (ISO26262) and qualification processes
- Rapid prototyping and design for manufacturing
- C++, Python programming/scripting
- FPGA/ASIC design experience
