🎯 Requirements
- PhD in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, CS, or related field; MS with equivalent depth
- For MS holders: 12+ years of industry experience; PhD holders: 8+ years
- Deep expertise in causal inference including network interference, spillovers, switchback designs, cluster randomization, and synthetic control
- Strong experimental design skills: power analysis, variance reduction, sequential testing, multiple comparisons
- Experience with experimentation platforms at scale
- Expert knowledge of SQL and fluency in R and/or Python for statistical computing
