Senior/Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build and ship ML models end-to-end in production.
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered solutions for mental health workflows.
• Apply causal inference and behavioral analysis to retention/engagement.
• Design and maintain centralized monitoring infra and OKR tracking.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to scale data solutions.
• Leverage Grow Therapy data to build personalized experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building ML/AI systems at scale.
• Proven track record deploying production ML models; NLP/LLMs/GenAI.
• Experience driving product/growth decisions via deep user insight.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity; cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for improving access to mental health care with human-centered AI.
