Senior Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end ML systems for personalization and on-demand pay optimization
• Design and deploy content personalization: email ranking, in-app sequencing, offer relevance
• Lead real-time, low-latency inference pipelines embedded in product backends
• Establish data infra: feature stores, training pipelines, labeling, data contracts, monitoring
• Define data quality standards; automated validation and CI/CD for ML
• Partner with Product/Engineering to raise technical bar and guide DS team

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree; 10+ years in data science and ML
• Proven production ML deployments with measurable ROI
• Fintech/payments or regulated domains experience preferred
• Expert in AI/ML methods, optimization, causal inference
• End-to-end prod deployment: data pipelines, observability, drift, latency
• Leadership: mentor senior ICs; align with product and execs
