Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets per GAAP.
Lead month-end and year-end close to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
Manage inquiries to the Accounting inbox and support cross-functional needs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
3+ years of accounting experience.
Experience with month-end close.
Proficiency in Sage Intact.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with ADP.
