Integrate Splunk with incident management, ITSM, and AIOps for predictive alerting.
Act as SIEM/Splunk SME for architecture reviews, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Implement and champion SRE frameworks and reliability practices for mission-critical systems.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years in Infra/Cloud/SRE; 5+ years in SIEM/Splunk or observability (regulated).
SIEM Platforms: Splunk (must), EL/Elastic.
Automation/IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Python, CI/CD tools.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Datadog, ServiceNow.
SRE principles: service health, error budgets, auto-remediation.
