  • Proven vendor management, performance, and SLA experience.
  • Strong program management to design and elevate workplace services.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety Ontario regs; JHSC a plus.
  • Data-driven with occupancy and service metrics.
  • Financial acumen with budgets and invoicing experience.
