- Design and maintain a global trade compliance program for a complex omnichannel business.
- Monitor regulatory developments across U.S., EU, UK, Asia, and Canada; update policies and SOPs.
- Plan and execute internal audits and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulators across regions.
- Lead tariff classification (HTS), valuations, docs, and duty optimization incl FTAs.
- Contribute to cross-border e-commerce initiatives and digital customs solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- US Customs Broker License is a plus.
- CCS or CES certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of US/EU/Canada/APAC trade laws.
- Experience managing trade compliance for digital commerce and cross-border fulfillment.
