- Accountable for full program lifecycle leadership across clients, business, and tech.
- Own and lead delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deployment.
- Govern program execution across multiple workstreams per scope, schedule, and budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Prepare and deliver executive updates and governance reports.
- Manage escalations and drive corrective actions to closure.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technology experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of project/program management experience.
- Mandatory experience leading large-scale enterprise Cloud Migration programs.
- PMP or Prince2 certification – Mandatory.
- Strong expertise with MS Project and deep understanding of SDLC (Waterfall).
- Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
