  • 3+ years in integrated media strategy (Digital & Offline).
  • Strong budget control, billing, and financial reconciliation.
  • Proven negotiation skills with digital media rates and vendors.
  • Tech mastery: Meta, Google Ads, DV360, GA4; IBOPE/Monitor, TGI.
  • Ability to build complex full-funnel media plans across rate structures.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in a media team.
