📋 Description

• Resolve issues and negotiate contracts with providers per standards and regs.
• Use data analytics on provider finances and competitor strategies for decisions.
• Meet metrics and SLAs for provider outreach and contract completion.
• Build and maintain positive provider relationships; ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with provider services on servicing, education and communication.
• Support provider onboarding, training, and resource distribution.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in provider network operations or contracting.
• 1+ years in Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
• 1+ years experience navigating large datasets (claims, provider rosters).
• Associates degree or equivalent professional working experience.
