📋 Description

• Support development and maintenance of employee policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state laws.
• Manage Visa and Immigration programs with vendors; track dates.
• Assist HR compliance via internal audits and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for HR Governance process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to answer policy questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR, corporate governance and compliance.
• 1+ years knowledge of employment laws and HR policies (EEOC, OSHA, FMLA, FLSA).
