- Experience forecasting and influencing decisions based on trends.
- Strong Excel modeling; BI/analytics tools; marketing platforms; dashboards.
- Advanced data skills (e.g. SQL, Python) preferred.
- Experience with ROAS and LTV:CAC frameworks, attribution models, MMM.
- Lifecycle strategies including acquisition, retention, and email marketing reporting.
- Experience managing marketing budgets in a marketplace or lead generation model.
- Excellent business acumen and storytelling, tailored to execs and cross-functional teams.
