Senior Specialist, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage payroll data validation, calculations, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Process payroll changes including salary increases, bonuses, stock grants, mobility, terminations.
• Maintain payroll records per SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing; global payroll experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin preferred.
• CPP, IPASS or similar certifications a plus.
• Highly analytical with knowledge of payroll protocols, tax, and social security.
• Workday and CloudPay experience; advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality and strong integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
