Senior Specialist, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Own and process payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and local regulations.
• Validate payroll data, run calculations, generate reports, reconcile.
• Process changes: raises, bonuses, stock-based comp, mobility, terminations.
• Maintain payroll records per SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with taxes, social security, fringe benefits, remittances.
• Support payroll audits and strengthen internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years payroll processing; global payroll exp favored.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin (preferred).
• CPP or IPASS certifications are a plus.
• Analytical with payroll protocols, tax, and social security knowledge.
• Workday, CloudPay, ADP; Excel with v-lookups.
• Data confidentiality and strong communication.
