Senior Specialist, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll globally with local compliance
• Manage payroll data validation, calculations, reporting, and reconciliations
• Process payroll changes such as raises, bonuses, stock, mobility, terminations
• Maintain payroll records per SOX controls and audit requirements
• Ensure tax, social security, and remittance compliance
• Partner with HR systems to enable seamless payroll data integrations (Workday/ADP/CloudPay)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years payroll processing, global payroll a plus
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin
• CPP or IPASS certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of payroll protocols, statutory requirements, tax and social security
• Experience with Workday, CloudPay, and Excel (VLOOKUP)
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality and integrity
• Detail-oriented with proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration
