Senior Specialist, Distribution Operations

📋 Description

• Manage daily distribution operations workflows (orders, delivery tracking, readiness, issues).
• Monitor and support launch readiness across platforms and partners.
• Review and remediate JIRA tickets, escalating issues for timely resolution.
• Partner with Distribution Operations teams across lines of business for consistency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the content supply chain to support delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in digital media or distribution operations within streaming or tech firms.
• Experience with content delivery workflows, platform readiness, metadata, and media asset management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workflows and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive issue resolution and process improvement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration with a service mindset.
